Car Ramp A (next to cafeteria):K, 2nd, 4th
Car Ramp B (next to PE area): 1st, 3rd, 5th
Families with multiple students should convene at the ramp assigned to youngest child.

Bus/Van:3:00 p.m. (W 2:00)

Important Reminders
Please stay in your cars when dropping/picking up your child.  
For safety reasons, students will enter/exit the car from the passenger side.
Students must remain in the vehicle until 8:05 a.m. when supervision is provided. 
Upon arrival, students should walk directly to the following staff-monitored morning wait areas:
Kindergarten- Multipurpose Room 
First Grade- Multipurpose Room
Second Grade- PE Pavilion
Third Grade- PE Pavilion
Fourth Grade- Picnic Tables on west side of Multipurpose Room
Fifth Grade- PE Pavilion

Please provide a signed note on the next school day after an absence explaining the absence. Notes should be on a separate piece of paper for documentation purposes. When you are sending in either an absentee note or a dismissal change, please be sure that the child’s first and last name, as well as the teacher’s name, are written on the note. This will help us when updating an absence.

Please remember that although you have included a person on your office list permitting them to pick up your child, it is also very important that you as the parent inform the school when and who will be picking up your child on any specified day. This provides confirmation that the child is permitted to leave early. Also, informing your child's classroom teacher in advance helps us to locate the student quickly, and to have them prepared for early departure.
